Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities: 5+ years of related experience in product management or a similar role. APIs and RESTful Services: Experience designing, developing, and managing APIs, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange. Proficiency in working with RESTful services, understanding HTTP methods, status codes, and best practices. Postman: Skilled in using Postman for API testing, automating test scripts, and validating API endpoints. ELK Stack: Experience with Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK) for logging, monitoring, and analyzing system performance and application metrics. Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, with the ability to lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies. Version Control Systems: Proficiency in using Git for version control, including branching, merging, and pull requests. Role:An experienced professional with advanced, interdisciplinary knowledge, resolving difficult and complex issues using broad professional concepts. Guides others, applying advanced principles and company practices. Leads moderate-sized projects (or parts of larger projects) with strategic value. Operates autonomously with frequent senior leadership interaction. Key Responsibilities: Technical Product Vision and Strategy: Develop product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Leverage insights from data analysis and user feedback to refine product direction. Roadmap Planning and Stakeholder Collaboration: Define and prioritize the product roadmap through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business, architecture, UX, and other product managers. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication. Product Development and Requirements Management: Guide product development by detailing software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate trade-off discussions and negotiations to balance scope, time, and cost. Customer-Centric Product Management: Ensure product viability and alignment with business goals by monitoring performance, serving as the voice of the customer, and ensuring a high-quality user experience. Conduct regular customer interviews and usability testing. Sprint Planning and Subject Matter Expertise: Participate in sprint planning, support feature refinement, and act as a subject matter expert within the organization for assigned products or product lines. Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure successful delivery of product features.
