Our client is seeking a Technical Producer III contractor to support Developer Tooling, Engine, and ML Bots teams. This role focuses on production operations, roadmap coordination, dependency management, and cross-team alignment across technical and gameplay-focused teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage production workflows including: JIRA management, Sprint planning, Backlog grooming, Roadmap and milestone tracking, Dependency coordination and Capacity planning.
- Coordinate across engineering, production, QA, research, and external partner teams
- Track risks, blockers, support requests, and execution progress
- Facilitate communication and alignment through Slack, meetings, and status reporting
- Support technical reviews, playtests, and follow-up action tracking
- Improve intake and operational workflows for developer support and technical initiatives
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience producing technical engineering teams
- Technical understanding of Unreal Engine, Developer tooling. ML a plus
- Experience with Agile workflows, JIRA, and cross-functional project coordination
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting game development, engine, developer tooling, or AI/ML teams preferred
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous technical environments
Preferred:
- AAA game development experience
- Experience coordinating with external development partners
- Familiarity with gameplay testing and QA workflows
