Job Summary:
This role provides essential hands-on technical support for end-users, addressing software, data, and processing issues. You will be responsible for monitoring application performance, collaborating on testing strategies, and maintaining critical project documentation. This position requires a proactive individual to facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams and to recommend process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve end-user software, data, and processing errors.
Monitor production applications and support new software releases.
Document findings and coordinate responses for application testing.
Maintain and update project and application documentation.
Liaise between business owners and development teams for task coordination.

Must-Have Skills:

Hands-on experience with Databricks and related data processing.
Proficiency in scripting, automation, and performance tuning with Python/PySpark.
Experience in data analysis or development with Starburst or Tableau.

Domain / Industry Experience:
Experience working in a data-centric environment, likely within a large enterprise or government sector, with a focus on data products and cloud-hosted data solutions is preferred.
