Seeking a Senior Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting Analyst to join a growing team.
This role supports complex technical accounting projects, implements new standards, and manages quarterly and annual SEC filings.
Responsibilities include research within FASB ASC, preparing accounting memos, partnering cross-functionally on U.S. GAAP issues, project-managing adoption of ASC 2024-03, maintaining global accounting policies, and supporting special projects like acquisitions and ESG.
The position involves coordinating with auditors and preparing SEC reports (10-Q, 10-K), with exposure to senior leadership.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's in Accounting, 3+ years' relevant experience, strong U.S. GAAP and SEC knowledge, and project management skills.
Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree, CPA, ERP/reporting tool experience, and industry knowledge.
