Senior Tech Field Engineer

Summary:

• Location: Las Vegas, NV
• Duration: 12 Months - Temp to perm possible
• Work Mode: Remote
• Shift - Mon – Fri, 8a to 5p
• Must Be a US Citizen!

Responsibilities:

• Assigned service requests to repair Laptops and Desktops in the metro area.
• Conduct repair activities such as replacing hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards.
• Perform whole unit swaps, repair, or replace PC peripherals.
• Use reliable transportation to service the metro and surrounding areas.
• Close service tickets in real time in the Company Call Management system using a Company-provided phone.

Requirements:

• Must have own reliable car and car insurance.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate past responsibility in similar roles.
• Strong social skills to build a good working relationship with clients.

Preferred Skills:

• Technically established and knowledgeable of IT.
• Stable work history without frequent job changes.
