Andrew Morgan, LLC is a rapidly growing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and HUBZone-certified organization. We seek a qualified Senior TBM Consultant to support a potential contract with a Federal Client. This role is contingent upon contract award and will be vital in delivering outstanding results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sourcing, extracting, transforming, loading, and analyzing data to provide Cost Transparency, enabling leadership to effectively manage technology spending.
  • Conducting data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting to ensure model accuracy by applying best practices in data governance for reliable financial models and reports.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders in IT, finance, and business units to align cost data with strategic goals, identify cost optimization opportunities, and drive accountability for technology investments. Specializing in translating complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights through intuitive dashboards and data storytelling techniques.
  • Refining processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, maintaining a proactive problem-solving approach, and fostering a culture of financial clarity for informed, strategic decision-making.
  • Optimizing TBM taxonomy and cost model structures in line with industry best practices (e.g., Technology Business Management Council standards).
  • Designing and executing complex analytic solutions using various tools and techniques to achieve the best client outcomes.
  • Creating and implementing complex data models utilizing diverse data sources and APIs.
  • Developing support capabilities for seamless data integration and resilient processes using tools like Alteryx, Apptio, Power BI, Tableau, RPA tools, Azure, and AWS.
  • Possessing advanced understanding of data modeling and management techniques.
  • Leveraging database systems, including data warehouses and marts, for business, financial, and operational analysis and reporting.
  • Leading data management and visualization discussions with clients to achieve desired project outcomes.
  • Developing a coherent set of metrics and KPIs that provide actionable insights for business leaders.
  • Creating visually appealing data visualizations and reports using Alteryx and Apptio platforms to support stakeholders' strategic intent.
  • Analyzing data to determine appropriate metric values for designated projects.
  • Developing briefing materials and assisting with client meetings and documentation related to the solution.
  • Guiding and supporting change management activities to ensure strong adoption of delivered work products.
  • Managing multiple workstreams for each project within budget and schedule.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing data analysis capabilities using ETL and Data Visualization tools across various data sources and APIs.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel (advanced formulas, data manipulation).
  • Understanding and experience with Agile Development methodologies.
  • Experience with data analysis (including refining data in Excel, data collection, and interpretation).
  • Experience developing effective materials and work products (PowerPoint decks, analytics dashboards, detailed reports, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive in identifying ways to enhance client delivery.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for business writing, professional correspondence, and meeting facilitation with diverse clients.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Federal government or commercial consulting experience.
  • Apptio certifications (e.g., Apptio Certified Implementation Consultant).
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, along with associated cost management capabilities.
  • Understanding of advanced data visualization tools (Alteryx, Apptio, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.), including ETL, data profiling/cleansing, and statistical analytics.
  • Industry experience in healthcare, financial management, and operations.
  • Experience with VB.NET, C#, Python, JavaScript.

SALARY:

Salary is commensurate with location and experience.
