Our Team

The Tax Transformation Team is dedicated to driving innovation and operational excellence in Tax processes through the development of advanced data products and automation solutions. To achieve this, we partner closely with the tax teams to design and implement solutions that address their specific needs and drive measurable value for the organization.

This team uses modern technologies (SQL, Python, API integrations, and leading visualization tools) to optimize tax workflows, enhance data-driven decision-making, and deliver continuous improvement across the enterprise.

What You Will Do

Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver impactful solutions

Analyze and improve tax and business processes using data-driven approaches and technology solutions

Contribute to the development of internal tax data models and applications

Extract, transform, and visualize data to support decision-making, and uncover opportunities for process optimization

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements, test solutions, and ensure alignment with the business' vision

Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Professional experience in a role involving data analysis, business process improvement, tax, accounting, finance, information systems, or a related field

Experience performing analyses on large sets of data and presenting concise results to key stakeholders

Demonstrated experience with at least one data analytics, visualization, or ETL tool (e.g., SQL, Python, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, etc.)

Ability to work effectively on multiple projects, manage priorities, and meet deadlines

What Will Put You Ahead

Experience in a large corporate, consulting, or technology-driven environment

Exposure to tax, accounting, or finance system implementations or process transformation initiatives

Familiarity with a broad range of tax concepts

Proficiency with ONESOURCE Income Tax, ONESOURCE Tax Provision, or similar software
