- CPA or EA license preferred.
- Prior experience in public accounting tax.
- Strong experience with high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, estates and trusts, and not-for-profit organizations.
- Excellent technical, communication, and client service skills.
- Prior supervisory and review experience required.
- Review complex federal and state tax returns for: High-net-worth individuals, Partnerships, LLCs, S corporations, and C corporations, Estates and trusts, Gift and estate tax returns, and Not-for-profit organizations.
- Provide tax planning and consulting services to individuals and businesses.
- Research and resolve complex tax issues.
- Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop tax staff and seniors.
- Assist with IRS and state tax examinations and notices.

Support a full-service CPA and advisory firm providing tax, accounting, assurance, business valuation, forensic accounting, and litigation support services to a broad range of clients. Seeking manager level senior Tax Professional to join a growing tax practice. This leadership role is responsible for reviewing complex tax returns, managing client relationships, mentoring staff, and providing tax planning and advisory services to a diverse client base.
