Job Details

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and review complex tax engagements
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on tax strategy and planning
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Mentor and review work of staff and seniors
  • Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and firm revenue
  • Play a key role in long-term firm leadership and succession planning

✅ What We’re Looking For
  • CPA required
  • 8–12+ years of public accounting tax experience
  • Strong technical expertise in business and individual taxation (C-Corp, S-Corp, partnerships, 1040s)
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships independently
  • Interest in leadership and long-term growth (partnership mindset)
  • Experience reviewing work and mentoring staff
