Senior Tax Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Summary:
The Senior Tax Manager will play a critical role in overseeing corporate tax compliance and tax provision accounting while navigating an evolving regulatory landscape. This individual will serve as a strategic advisor, drive process improvements, and support global tax operations in a fast-paced, complex environment. Responsibilities include:
  • Lead the preparation and review of ASC 740 tax provision calculations and related disclosures
  • Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and support strategic tax planning
  • Oversee global tax compliance activities and drive continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, accounting, and external auditors
  • Leverage tax technology tools (e.g., OneSource or equivalent software) to enhance efficiency and accuracy
 
Targeted profile:
  • CPA designation required
  • 8–10+ years of progressive tax experience, including both tax compliance and tax provision (ASC 740)
  • Extensive experience with OneSource or similar tax provision software
  • Prior Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting large, publicly traded, global organizations
  • Demonstrated career progression, leadership capability, and professional stability
