This position involves performing agency-wide assignments with significant impact on operational issues, including conducting business impact assessments and analyzing program operations.
Participates in nationwide activities with cross-functional teams, supporting operational reviews, goal achievement, and resource utilization.
Represents management at high-level meetings, providing technical advice and guidance on policies and procedures.
Develops, prepares, and reviews directives, manuals, and internal memoranda related to the program areas.
Performs other duties as assigned.
