Job Details
  • Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services for high-net-worth individuals, families, and closely held businesses
  • Prepare, review, and oversee federal, state, and local tax filings
  • Analyze financial statements to identify tax-saving opportunities and forward-looking planning strategies
  • Collaborate with wealth advisors to integrate tax considerations into comprehensive financial plans
  • Advise clients on retirement planning, estate planning, charitable giving, and business succession matters
  • Research and interpret tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Assist clients navigating tax notices, audits, and regulatory inquiries
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and trusted guidance
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and firm policies
  • Support firm growth through exceptional client service and strategic financial insight

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Active CPA license required
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in public accounting, tax planning, or financial advisory services
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, families, or business owners strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with tax preparation and accounting software platforms
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, tax strategy, and business financial management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships with a high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
