Senior Tax Accountant and Tax Manager
Location: Cerritos, CA â Onsite
Compensation: $125Kâ$140K+ base, commensurate with experience

About the Roles
Both positions require strong technical expertise in tax preparation and planning, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to client service.
Youâll work closely with clients across industries, handling complex tax matters and contributing to our firmâs reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and exempt organization tax returns, including multi-state filings.
- Review client general ledgers and financial statements; prepare adjusting journal entries for book and tax purposes.
- Provide proactive tax planning and consulting to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
- (Manager-level only) Supervise and mentor Tax Accountants and Associates, review their work, and support their professional development.
Requirements
Qualifications
- CPA designation required
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting (Masterâs in Taxation a plus)
- Minimum 5 yearsâ recent public accounting experience for Sr. Tax Accountant; 8+ years and proven team leadership for Tax Manager
- Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
