Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (On-site)

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a strategic recruiter who thrives on building relationships, driving talent pipelines, and delivering high-quality candidates across multiple locations.

In this position, you will lead recruitment efforts from sourcing through offer, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop effective hiring strategies. You will also play a key role in strengthening employer brand presence and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Manage full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders
• Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans across multiple roles and locations
• Source candidates through creative channels including networking, referrals, and market research
• Guide hiring teams through selection processes and provide market insights
• Maintain accurate documentation of candidate activity and recruiting efforts within ATS systems
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, policies, and applicable regulations
• Support and enhance employer branding initiatives within professional communities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and drive successful hiring outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related field
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple disciplines and locations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience maintaining detailed documentation within applicant tracking systems
• Understanding of recruitment processes, compliance requirements, and structured hiring practices
• Experience recruiting within regulated environments or government-related industries

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for contract and subcontract administration roles
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as BrassRing (Kenexa)
• Experience with CRM tools such as Phenom
• Exposure to conversational AI tools such as Paradox

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
