As a Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, you are a system administrator and subject-matter expert for our technical stack which Eightfold AI Talent Intelligence Platform, iCIMS ATS, and HireVue assessments and interviews. This is a deeply technical, hands-on role focused on platform configuration, data integrity, deep-dive data mining, and the delivery of actionable workforce reporting. You are comfortable navigating multiple platforms, managing projects, and partnering with recruiters, HR, and business leaders to drive continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate brings a passion for AI-powered HR technology and a strong command of how talent intelligence systems operate at the intersection of people data, machine learning, and business outcomes. are a strategic and analytical problem‑solver who thrives at the intersection of technology, data, and process optimization. You enjoy configuring and troubleshooting recruiting systems, designing scalable solutions that enhance recruiter effectiveness and improve the candidate experience and using data to tell compelling stories.
