The Senior Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Consultant performs professional level work that plays a key role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding a diverse and highly qualified workforce for the Town of Apex. This position develops hiring and onboarding processes that are accurate and efficient, are aligned with organizational goals and values, and that ensure a consistently excellent candidate experience. The Senior Consultant provides expert guidance to hiring managers and develops recruitment and selection strategies that ensure timely and accurate processing of all recruiting and onboarding activities. This position will develop and implement strategies, policies, and process improvements that strengthen the Town's employer brand and improve the experience of applicants, new hires, and hiring managers.
The role reports to the HR Manager - Talent & Benefits.
This position has supervisory responsibility.
