Senior Systems Security Engineer

EPS Corporation Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Security Engineer to provide expert-level cybersecurity and systems protection support within a Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. Navy environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in vulnerability management, accreditation, and compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards, as well as hands-on expertise with TEMPEST testing and system audits.

• ACTIVE TOP SECRET 

• Six (6) years of professional experience in IT security within the Department of Defense (DoD) or U.S. Navy environment.

• Proven experience in:

  • Vulnerability and risk analysis

  • SCAP scanning and STIG implementation

  • System accreditation and security audits

  • Malware detection and remediation

  • TEMPEST testing and evaluation

• Deep understanding of DoD cybersecurity policies, including RMF (Risk Management Framework) and NIST SP 800-series guidance.

• Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification requirements (e.g., CISSP, CASP, or equivalent).
