The Role ----------
Strategic Advisors Technology SAT is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to play a vital role in one of Fidelitys critical strategic programs. In this role, you will partner with Fidelity business stakeholders to understand their key business drivers and business requirements. This is not just about gathering requirements; its about understanding the why behind them. You will then work with your Development Team and technology counterparts to translate these into user stories and deliver high-quality, innovative, and timely solutions.

At minimum, a Bachelors degree or foreign education equivalent in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field, and five (5) years of experience as a Systems Analyst.

As a Senior Systems Analyst on the team, you will work in partnership with the Strategic Advisors business stakeholders, Squad team members, Product Area Leader to understand the product vision and challenges. From there, you will work with your technology counterparts to deliver innovative, cost-effective, architecturally aligned, and timely solutions. By demonstrating and promoting Fidelity and Agile leadership principles, you sustain and evolve our innovative Agile culture.
Compensation and Benefits -------------------------
The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $153,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidates, relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation. Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week, all business days M-F in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
