Senior Systems Administrator
The Arizona Humane Society is seeking a full-time Senior Systems Administrator to join our team at our Papago Park Campus. This position works a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Day in the Life:
As the Senior Systems Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the technology infrastructure that supports the Arizona Humane Society's life-saving mission. You will be responsible for planning, installing, upgrading, monitoring, and maintaining servers, virtualization, storage, networking, Microsoft 365, VoIP, security systems, backups, and business applications to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operations across the organization.
In this role, you'll provide advanced technical support by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing security updates and disaster recovery processes, maintaining IT documentation and asset inventories, and supporting end users across multiple campuses. You'll also participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies, assist with infrastructure projects, and help implement technology solutions that keep our teams connected and our mission moving forward.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
