Senior Systems Administrator

Kforce has a client in Coral Gables, FL, that is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator with deep expertise in hybrid cloud environments, enterprise directory services, and virtualized infrastructure. This role requires a technical professional who can manage complex systems across on-premises and cloud platforms while maintaining optimal performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Azure Enterprise Applications, including SSO configuration, conditional access policies, and application lifecycle management. • Manage Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) Enterprise, including user provisioning, identity governance, and security compliance. • Deploy and optimize Azure virtual machines, storage solutions, and networking infrastructure. • Implement Azure security frameworks and monitor compliance across cloud resources. • Administer Active Directory Domain Services, including domain controllers, organizational units, and Group Policy management. • Manage DNS infrastructure, ensuring reliable name resolution across hybrid environments. • Configure and maintain DHCP services, including scope management, reservations, and failover clustering. • Implement directory synchronization between on-premises AD and Azure AD environments. • Design and manage virtualized infrastructure, including VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or similar platforms. • Optimize virtual machine performance, resource allocation, and capacity planning. • Implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions for virtualized environments. • Manage AWS EC2 instances, S3 storage, VPC networking, and security groups. • Support hybrid connectivity between on-premises and AWS environments. • Develop PowerShell scripts for system automation, reporting, and administrative tasks. • Create Azure PowerShell and AWS PowerShell modules for cloud resource management.
