Senior Supply Chain Manager
Location: Torrance, CA (On-site daily)

Overview:

Growing high-tech manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for procurement, planning, supplier management, inventory control, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the supply chain team (purchasing, planning, logistics, inventory)
  • Oversee procurement and material planning to support production schedules
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance (quality, cost, delivery)
  • Drive sourcing strategies, cost reduction, and process improvements
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, QA, and Finance
  • Monitor inventory levels, forecasts, and ERP data accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485; AS9100 a plus)
  • Develop KPIs and present supply chain performance to leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of supply chain/procurement experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Strong supplier management and contract negotiation background
  • Experience in ISO-regulated manufacturing environments
  • ERP/MRP experience (Sage or NetSuite preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • On-site role (not remote or hybrid)
