Description

  • Lead field operations on ground-up industrial and tilt-wall projects
  • Drive schedule, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance
  • Coordinate project stakeholders from preconstruction through turnover
  • Manage site logistics, reporting, and client communication
  • Support successful delivery of large-scale warehouse developments

Profile

A successful Senior Superintendent should have:

  • 8+ years of superintendent experience with a commercial GC
  • Strong ground-up industrial, warehouse, or tilt-wall experience
  • Experience on large-scale projects with significant construction budgets
  • Ability to travel occasionally within Florida as project needs require
  • Background with reputable industrial contractors preferred

Job Offer

  • $140,000-$180,000+ base salary (DOE)
  • 10% annual bonus, ESOP participation, and 401(k) match after 3 months
  • $72/day per diem plus fully covered lodging when travelling
  • Long-term career growth with an expanding Southeast operation and immediate project backlog
