About the Position
The company is seeking both Senior Superintendents and Superintendents to lead major electrical construction job sites. These roles serve as the primary field authority, responsible for driving execution, productivity, safety, and quality across complex installations.
You will oversee daily job site operations, coordinate subcontractors and field labor, and resolve real-time challenges to keep projects on schedule and within scope. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for professionals who excel in fast-paced environments and take ownership of delivering technically demanding projects with precision.
Requirements
Experience & Field Leadership
Minimum of 5+ years of field leadership experience in electrical construction
Proven ability to lead large-scale commercial or industrial projects
Stable career progression demonstrating increasing responsibility
Strong leadership presence with the ability to effectively direct field teams and subcontractors
Technical Expertise
Deep understanding of electrical systems installation, including power distribution and coordination
Ability to interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and construction documents
Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC), safety standards, and compliance requirements
Execution & Problem Solving
Experience coordinating all on-site activities, including labor and subcontractors
Ability to develop, manage, and maintain master project schedules
Proven capability to resolve complex field engineering and coordination challenges in real time
Strong focus on safety, quality control, and productivity
