Description

The Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Supervise subcontractors and construction teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with project managers to maintain clear communication and project updates.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders as needed.

Profile

A successful Commercial Superintendent should have:

• 15+ years of Superintendent experience in Commercial Construction Ground-Up Projects
• Ability to lead and mentor greener professionals
• Experience creating a 3-6 week look ahead schedule
• Experience working with a General Contractor on ground-up builds
• Knowledge of preconstruction and earth-work
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
