We are seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee a major tilt-wall development consisting of a large industrial facility alongside high-end residential villa construction. This role requires a seasoned builder capable of driving complex schedules, coordinating multiple scopes, and leading large field teams.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Lead all field operations for a large-scale tilt-wall development project
  • Oversee construction of a 300KSF tilt-wall commercial building and associated villa construction
  • Manage Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, subcontractors, and field personnel
  • Drive master schedule, sequencing, and site logistics across multiple scopes
  • Coordinate inspections, safety compliance, and quality control efforts
  • Work closely with Project Executive and Project Management teams
  • Conduct subcontractor coordination meetings and maintain accountability across trades
  • Ensure project milestones, budgets, and turnover dates are achieved
  • Proactively solve complex field and scheduling challenges

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
  • Extensive tilt-wall construction experience required
  • Experience overseeing large-scale industrial, mixed-use, or multifamily developments
  • Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $30M in value
  • Strong understanding of structural concrete, sitework, sequencing, and scheduling
  • Ability to lead large field teams and maintain accountability across multiple scopes
  • Procore and construction scheduling software experience preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
