Description
The Senior Superintendent will be responsible for:
Oversee and coordinate all subcontractor activities in partnership with the main office.
Schedule, attend, and track all required inspections.
Interpret architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and landscape drawings and specifications.
Review shop drawings and inspection reports; manage and track RFIs.
Complete daily reports and capture progress photos.
Utilize core software tools (Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel) and manage document workflows, including PDFs.
Collaborate with design teams, subcontractors, project managers, and local officials to resolve issues and prevent conflicts.
Maintain a clean, organized job site and uphold strict safety standards.
Profile
The Senior Superintendent will have:
10+ years of experience in large-scale commercial ground-up construction
Experience with hospitals, MOBs, or other healthcare projects valued at $25M+
Working knowledge of ICRA standards
Strong understanding of the full construction lifecycle
Proficient in reviewing and interpreting construction documents, including drawings and specifications
Excellent communication skills with management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
Highly self-driven and motivated
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
Able to manage multiple responsibilities and handle diverse tasks to deliver projects on schedule
Job Offer
The Senior Superintendent will receive:
$120,000 - $150,000 base salary, based on experience
$875 monthly car allowance
