Description
The Senior Superintendent - $30M+ Industrial Projects - Greenville will be responsible for:
- Oversee daily jobsite operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain workflow
- Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with project stakeholders
- Monitor construction progress and proactively resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports and inspections
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to meet project goals
- Foster a positive and productive jobsite culture
Profile
The Senior Superintendent - $30M+ Industrial Projects - Greenville will have:
- 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent in industrial construction
- Proven ability to manage large-scale or technically complex projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Deep understanding of safety protocols and construction best practices
- Proficiency with construction management software and digital tools
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
