Robert Andrew Salon & Spa is seeking an experienced, career-focused Senior Stylist to join our luxury salon & spa team in a leadership and mentorship role.

This is an opportunity for a seasoned stylist who is passionate not only about delivering exceptional guest experiences behind the chair, but also about helping recruit, develop and support newer talent within a positive, team-oriented culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed cosmetologist with strong technical skills
• Established clientele and experience behind the chair
• Positive leadership presence and professional communication
• Passion for coaching, mentoring, and team development
• Strong client retention and consultation skills
• Ability to lead by example in guest care, professionalism, and performance
• Experience with Wella, advanced color, blonding, cutting, extensions, or specialty services is a plus

Position Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional salon services and client experiences
• Mentor and guide newer stylists and assistants
• Support training, education, and service consistency
• Assist with consultation support and service recommendations
• Help foster a positive, growth-oriented salon culture
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and teamwork
• Collaborate with leadership on team growth and development initiatives
