Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering design, particularly in building structural systems, and will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with department members, higher management, and clients.

Responsibilities

Maintain effective communications with department members, higher management, and clients.
Perform calculations of structural systems, including hand calculations, computer-aided calculations (spreadsheets and MathCAD), and 3D modeling analysis (STAAD).
Assist in the creation of contract drawings by providing drawing input to the structural designer.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
Professional Engineering (P.E.) License.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in engineering design of building structural systems.
Demonstrated experience in the structural design of steel and concrete structures on a variety of projects.
Advanced working proficiency in STAAD Pro.
Working knowledge of Revit.
Solid understanding of building codes and other applicable structural codes.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
