Senior Structural Engineer (PE) - Seismic Design Lead

Dallas, TX | Full-time | Hybrid eligibility (up to 2 days WFH after onboarding period)A multi-office structural engineering consultancy is hiring a Senior Project Engineer (PE required) for its Dallas team. This is a senior technical/client-facing role leading projects through design + construction administration , with meaningful ownership of technical decisions, team coordination, and client communication.What you'll leadDrive projects through all phases: design development, CDs, and construction administrationLead production of drawings, calculations, and specifications with internal teamsCoordinate with architects and other disciplines to resolve technical issues and keep deliverables alignedServe as a primary client contact for day-to-day technical communicationPartner with senior leadership on project oversight, QA/QC expectations, and delivery strategyManage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing deadlines and resourcesTechnical focusSeismic design and lateral systems (braced frames, moment frames, shear walls)What they're looking forBS in Civil/Structural Engineering (MS preferred)PE required ; SE preferred7+ years structural analysis/design experience, including plan/detail productionPrior people-lead experience (2+ years preferred)Strong client-facing communication and project organization skillsSoftware experience with tools such as ETABS, RISA, RAM, ENERCALC, Revit , plus MS OfficeCompensation & benefits (high level)Comprehensive benefits package (medical/dental/vision, retirement plan with match, paid time off, paid holidays)Additional paid time around year-end holidaysProfessional flexibility policies and continuing growth support#J-18808-Ljbffr
