You'll Thrive Here If You Have:
6+ years in structural engineering
PE license (SE preferred)
B.S. or M.S. in Civil/Structural Engineering
Experience with ASCE 41 and exposure to a variety of material types and structural systems
Specific knowledge of non-ductile concrete buildings, performance-based design, historic renovations, and peer reviews
Proven experience leading or mentoring engineers for the production and delivery of projects
Ability to balance working independently and as part of a team across multiple offices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Advanced skills in ETABS, SAP, RISA

Compensation: Estimated at $102,00 - $132,500 + biannual profit share bonus potential. Salary will be commensurate with experience / skills and location.
