What You'll Do

As a Senior Staff Accountant, you'll play a key role in supporting the financial health of a growing global organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both detail-oriented work and exposure to international operations.

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare and maintain general ledger activity, including journal entries and financial reports
  • Partner with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy
  • Support accounting operations across ASEA's international subsidiaries
  • Assist with financial planning, audits, and compliance activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on accounting matters
  • Contribute to process improvements and take on additional projects as needed

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 1–3 years of experience in public or corporate accounting
  • Solid understanding of GAAP principles
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across teams

Preferred:

  • Experience with international accounting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central)
  • Exposure to inventory or cost accounting
  • Experience working with external accounting partners
