Key Responsibilities for the Senior Staff Accountant:
- Lead full-cycle accounting and cash management for multiple entities
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and president
- Coordinate and manage board materials, shareholder communications, tax filings, and administrative tasks for executive leadership
- Support ongoing process improvement, AI adoption, and embrace new family office systems
- Integrate quickly and build rapport across generations of company ownership
Qualifications for the Senior Staff Accountant:
- Business degree (Accounting, Finance, or related)
- 4+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or financial operations experience
- Multi-entity accounting and cash management experience, ideally in real estate or private investment environments
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel (pivot tables, lookups)
