ResponsibilitiesManage fixed asset tracking and produce supporting schedules and reportsReview and validate financial information through detailed spreadsheet analysesComplete account reconciliations for various balance sheet accountsPrepare and record journal entries to support the monthly close processUpload and maintain monthly financial data within the company's consolidation platformGenerate intercompany billing and oversee related collections activityEnsure accuracy of payables by performing 3‑way matchProcess expense reimbursementsFacilitate check runs and wire transfersMaintain accurate and well‑organized financial documentationProvide external audit assistanceHelp prepare annual budgets and forecastingTax filings, including recurring sales/use tax and annual property tax reportsMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting3+ years of experience in accounting preferably within biotech or life science industriesStrong technical skills in Microsoft 365 applications, with an emphasis on Excel, as well as experience using JD EdwardsAccurate and attentive to detailOrganized and effective time management skillsCapable of working autonomously while consistently meeting deadlinesProven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and international teamsStrong interpersonal, communication, and team‑oriented skillsBenefit offerings include competitive salary with excellent benefits; medical, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA, and 401K plan with employer match.
