Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Specialist Hardware Server Qualification Engineer with 7 to 11 years of experience to lead qualification validation and debugging of server hardware platforms and silicon interfaces in a cloudnative and highperformance computing environment

Job Description

Responsible for qualification and validation of server hardware platforms including CPUs memory storage networking and peripherals Execute systemlevel test plans covering functionality performance stress and reliability Develop and automate test scripts and tools for hardware validation and regression testing Bring up validate and characterize highspeed D2D and SERDES silicon interfaces following industry best practices Collaborate with design and firmware teams to troubleshoot debug failures and resolve issues Ensure compliance with quality standards interoperability requirements and customer specifications Analyze large data sets using tools like Kusto for root cause analysis and health investigations Work with modern server architectures including GPUs and CPUs with experience in liquid cooling systems and powernetwork environments Apply expertise in root cause analysis and corrective actions to minimize production defects Communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead qualification and validation efforts of server hardware and silicon components Execute and automate comprehensive test plans for functionality performance and reliability Perform root cause debugging and failure analysis collaborating with design and firmware teams Develop bench software and hardware integration setups for silicon validation and characterization Write software routines in Python and CC to support hardware bringup and testing Collaborate with design teams to improve testability and define test infrastructure logic Mentor junior engineers and guide best practices in hardware validation and cloudnative development Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technology roadmap planning Document test results track defects and support release readiness of server platforms Demonstrate leadership skills drive action across diverse teams and maintain compliance with security and quality standards
