Senior AEM Developer Additional Expectations
8 years of experience delivering large scale AEM platforms in enterprise or regulated environments
Lead design and implementation of
oComplex Adaptive Forms architectures and integrations
oReusable AEM frameworks and shared services
Architect and embed custom AIagent workflows into the SDLC dev test review release
Mentor developers on AI assisted engineering practices
Partner with architecture security and platform teams on cloud scalability and governance
Influence modernization strategies for client reporting and digital experiences
Required Skills
Adobe Experience Manager Sites Forms Adaptive Forms
Java Sling OSGi HTL JavaScript
RESTful integrations and enterprise APIs
AI assisted development mindset agent usage prompt driven workflows
CICD Git modern DevOps practices
Experience working in regulated large enterprise environments
Preferred Skills
Experience with Client Reporting Statements Disclosures or Data Driven Content Platforms
Exposure to GenAI use cases test generation code analysis summarization automation
AEM as a Cloud Service cloud platforms AWSAzure
