Senior Specialist - Facilities

Thursday, July 30, 2026 El Paso TX United States Full-time Maximus is currently seeking a Senior Specialist - Facilities.

This position is on-site 5 days per week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all facility- related functions of the project.
• Serves as liaison to project's Day Porter.
• Work with the building landlord to ensure that the project's facility needs are met.
• Work with Project Contracts Manager to ensure that all building and materials licensing and permits are in compliance with various state or local authorities.
• Conduct daily facility review to ensure compliance with project safety and quality standards to ensure a productive and safe work environment.
• Perform ergonomic evaluations and adjustments for Project's personnel.
• Coordinate with Human Resource Department to reduce risk of workplace related injuries.
• Workplace general maintenance including evaluation and corrections.
• Oversee security and logistics associated with the project offices, warehouse, and disaster recovery facility.
• Identify and implement cost savings and resource conservation initiatives.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:

• Must have basic knowledge with building related equipment.
• Must be able to be on-site 5 days per week and on-call 24/7.
