Major/Essential Functions

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, delivering prompt and effective support. Aim for first-call resolution by understanding and addressing customer needs. Respond to all emails and phone messages within the same business day. Manage and resolve assigned tickets in the internal system (ServiceNow), while accurately documenting all interactions in the Student Information System (FOCUS). Provide clear solutions to customer concerns and ensure all resolutions are properly recorded.
  • Responsible for guiding and supporting prospective students, families, or customers throughout the enrollment process. This includes conducting outreach, managing applications, providing detailed program information, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to meet enrollment objectives and support overall program growth.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in adjusting to changing work assignments to align with departmental missions and goals. Assist department leaders with projects and assignments, including conducting research and contributing ideas for process improvements.
  • Assist with data entry and the removal of incomplete applications within the student information system (FOCUS), while supporting applicants through the completion process and providing basic troubleshooting for application issues.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by direct or indirect supervisors.
