The Senior Specialist, Corporate Functions role is a vital member of the Finance organization that provides direct financial oversight and decision support for business partners leading Corporate Functions enterprises. This role combines financial planning with ad-hoc analytics in support of various business initiatives. This role provides opportunities to work directly with senior business leaders and finance department leadership in identifying trends, analyzing financial inputs and creating forecasts.  This position has a strong business partnering and analytics focus and will require a self-motivated, action-oriented individual who can prioritize, organize, communicate and collaborate to build relationships across departmental lines. This is an individual contributor role.

What you’ll do:

• Act as the primary finance liaison to the leadership of Corporate Functions enterprises, providing strategic financial guidance to support operational decision-making

• Develop and maintain financial plans, partnering closely with functional leaders to create detailed forecasts aligned to strategic goals

• Facilitate financial close activities to analyze and explain monthly, quarterly, and annual variances to budget, forecast, and prior years

• Be a key partner in the development and implementation of firm-wide strategic initiatives for supported enterprises

• Establish and communicate a finance "point of view" based on objective, fact- based analysis that is valued by business leaders

• Work in cross-functional teams to innovate and drive process efficiencies across the business and finance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field)

• 2-4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A-related roles, ideally including prior exposure to expense management in the support of Corporate Functions-related enterprises

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities and strong executive presence

• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling, with robust knowledge of tools like Excel, IBM Planning Analytics, and Workday

• Great analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate both the tactical and strategic context of business strategies and targeted outcomes

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines

• High integrity, with a results-oriented ownership mindset towards execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior financial services industry experience
