Role description
Job Responsibilities
Provide L2 L3 support for HESS network infrastructure ensuring high availability and operational stability
Design implement and manage firewall architectures and security policies across IT and OT environments Palo Alto preferred
Manage network provisioning and deprovisioning including routing switching and security configurations
Perform OS administration patching and hardening for firewalls industrial switches and routers
Monitor network performance and security posture ensuring compliance with established standards and guardrails
Drive vulnerability remediation tracking and closure of security findings within defined SLAs
Ensure adherence to IRM Information Risk Management policies and cybersecurity guardrails
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and security incidents across enterprise and OT environments
Implement and maintain network segmentation and microsegmentation strategies for industrial control systems
Support compliance reporting audits and documentation for network security controls
Collaborate with cybersecurity infrastructure and operations teams to enhance network security posture

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
