Location: Irving, TX
Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in BPMPega to design develop and support enterprise automation solutions using Pega Customer Service and Pega RPA technologies
Job Description
Design and develop Pega Customer Service applications integrated with RPA components to automate and optimize customer service processes Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather analyze and translate business requirements into scalable Pega solutions Develop and implement automation workflows leveraging Pega and RPA technologies to enhance operational efficiency Ensure high quality and performance of Pega applications through rigorous testing debugging and optimization Maintain and enhance existing Pegabased solutions to adapt to evolving business needs and technology updates Stay current with the latest advancements in Pega platform and RPA tools to recommend and implement improvements Document design specifications technical procedures and system configurations for development and support teams Support integration of Pega applications with other enterprise systems and RPA tools to enable seamless process automation
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of complex Pega Customer Service and RPA solutions aligned with business objectives Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues within Pega and RPA environments to minimize downtime and operational impact Conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems and implement effective longterm solutions Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including development QA and infrastructure to ensure smooth deployment and operation Mentor and guide junior team members on Pega and RPA best practices development techniques and troubleshooting Participate in release planning deployment activities and postdeployment validations to ensure system stability Ensure compliance with organizational policies ITIL processes and quality standards Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for capacity planning scalability and optimization
Pega LSA certification is mandatory
