As a Senior Solution Advisor, you will report to the Director of Solution Advisory on the Solution Advisory team. Your main goal is to lead complex technical evaluations for SLED and Utilities customers, translating mission-critical business challenges into high-impact WalkMe solutions. Your performance will depend on your ability to operate as a senior technical advisor, drive executive-level discovery, and influence solution strategy across long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end solution strategy for complex SLED and Utilities opportunities, ensuring alignment with regulatory, security, and operational requirements. • Lead executive-level discovery, solution design, and technical validation, including advanced demos and proofs of concept. • Act as a senior technical advisor and escalation point, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive successful outcomes.
Requirements:
• Experience supporting SLED and/or Utilities customers in a technical pre-sales solution advisory or sales engineering capacity. • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder technical evaluations and influence senior customer decision-makers. • Strong understanding of enterprise architectures, security considerations, and compliance requirements common to public sector and regulated industries. • Expertise in designing and delivering tailored demonstrations and POCs that map technical capabilities to business and mission outcomes.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with government procurement processes or regulated sales cycles. • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Compensation:
The OTE for this role is between $200,000 and $230,000, including salary and variables. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus and benefits as part of our competitive total rewards package.
