Senior Software Sales Executive (Hybrid in Mountain View)

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Senior Software Sales Executive to market their automation and AI software to businesses nationwide. This role involves managing the full sales cycle and overseeing post-sale client relationships. Our client is a leader in marketing technology, specializing in Marketo and Salesforce consulting.

Salary: $125-150k base + uncapped commission ($250-300k OTE)
Location: Office in Mountain View, hybrid role with 2-3 office visits per week initially.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect new accounts to generate new business, building a robust portfolio of Enterprise segment prospects to drive revenue growth.
  • Acquire new customers for tailored professional services that meet their business needs.
  • Execute sales goals and submit pipeline reports and forecasts in a timely manner.
  • Support the development of marketing plans targeting diverse customer segments to generate qualified leads and opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience selling business solutions and/or software to large/global enterprise customers.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Aptitude.
  • Proven expertise interacting with senior business decision-makers by aligning solutions with customer business pain points or strategic goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer needs.
  • Executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to mentor others.
  • Strong business acumen and technology awareness.
