you join us! Job DescriptionPosition Summary: To support our ongoing
growth, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team
and lead the design, development, and delivery of highquality software
solutions. You'll collaborate with crossfunctional partners, mentor
engineers, and help shape technical direction and best practices across
the organization. You will help develop our comprehensive,
customer-focused SaaS applications within Plex Manufacturing Operations.
This includes our industry leading and transformative Plex products like
Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Quality Management System (QMS),
and Production Monitoring. You will report to the Manager, Software
Engineering. Your Responsibilities: Technical Leadership Design,
develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure software systems.
Guide architectural decisions and contribute to long-term technical
strategy. Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure engineering
excellence. Lead complex technical projects from brainstorming through
delivery. Development & Delivery Write clean, maintainable, and
welltested code. Identify, diagnose, and resolve performance and
reliability issues. Improve existing systems through refactoring,
optimization, and modernization. Oversee features endtoend, including
CI/CD, monitoring, and support. Collaboration & Communication Work with
product managers, designers, QA, and other engineers. Translate business
needs into technical solutions and clear engineering tasks. Communicate
technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Mentorship Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to junior and
midlevel engineers. Promote best practices in software development
