We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development and scaling of our messaging platform. This role involves designing and implementing robust solutions to deliver messaging at scale, enhancing platform capabilities, and ensuring high reliability and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable services and APIs to support messaging across TXT/SMS, MMS, RCS, voice, PUSH, email, and social media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve scalability challenges.
  • Implement monitoring and reporting tools for real-time platform performance assessment.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce call center reliance through automated communications.
  • Ensure compliance with TCPA regulations and maintain high J.D. Power CSAT scores.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably with messaging or telecommunications platforms.
  • Proficient in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++).
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong understanding of messaging protocols and APIs.
