Senior Software Engineer Manager - React Native

Seeking a Senior Manager II – Mobile/ReactNative for the Global Time and Attendance team, supporting a platform that enables associates to manage their time via mobile and desktop.
We utilize open-source tech such as Swift, Kotlin, React-Native, React.js for front-end and Java for cloud-native backend services.
The role involves collaborating with mobile and backend engineers, UX designers, and product managers to shape the platform's roadmap.
Requirements include:

• 8+ years of experience in mobile and desktop user experience development
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Deep knowledge of mobile app development (iOS, Android, ReactNative)
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and technical architecture
• Proven ability to manage, grow, and motivate engineering teams
• Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
• Experience in DevOps, SRE, and operational excellence

Preferred qualifications include Azure cloud architecture and deployment expertise. The role emphasizes technical leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver a reliable, innovative platform.
