Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (Java)

Job Description:
Client is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 7 10 years of experience to join their dynamic team in Cleveland, OH. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge financial applications using modern technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
- Build and deploy microservices using Spring Boot and GCP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Create and consume RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
Required Skills:
- 7 10 years of experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, GCP, and AngularJS.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles.
- Experience with Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring REST.
- Familiarity with tools like Maven, GIT, Jenkins, Postman, and SOAP UI.
Nice to Have:
Experience with MySQL, SQL, CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to Jenkins, Maven, and Angular (working knowledge is a plus).
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly.
Positive and professional attitude with a collaborative mindset.
