Summary: Offer Management is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in ETL development, Ab Initio, PySpark, Python, and Oracle Database. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and enhancing existing ETL applications, providing production support, and leading the migration of ETL workloads from Ab Initio to PySpark. The candidate should also have experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, accelerate modernization efforts, and enhance solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, support, and enhance existing ETL applications and data integration workflows.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy ETL solutions using Ab Initio, PySpark, and Python.
Lead and execute the migration of ETL jobs and data pipelines from Ab Initio to PySpark.
Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to support code generation, refactoring, testing, documentation, and migration activities.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in ETL development and data integration.
Strong hands-on experience with Ab Initio or PySpark, Python, and Oracle Database.
Experience supporting and maintaining enterprise-scale data processing applications.
Experience with production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data engineering practices.
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, version control, and automated testing methodologies.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) to improve development productivity, accelerate migrations, and enhance code quality.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Proven experience migrating ETL jobs from legacy platforms to modern data processing frameworks.
Strong SQL skills.
