Job Summary (List Format):
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Java and industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, TestNG, REST Assured, Cucumber).
- Lead and execute comprehensive testing strategies for REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) to enhance release quality and speed.
- Perform advanced database validation using SQL across Oracle, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, contract, and performance testing (using tools like JMeter).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards, drive defect detection, and reduce manual testing efforts.
- Mentor and uplift engineering teams on best practices in quality, automation, and operational excellence.
- Participate in testing of messaging platforms (Kafka, IBM MQ, JMS) and event-driven architectures.
- Apply knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable and resilient test environments.
- Utilize observability and monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry) for quality assurance and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and industry standards in testing practices.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
