Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yrAbout the RoleThe Senior Site Contracts Associate is responsible for ensuring that site contracts follow all relevant legal rules, internal guidelines and agreed negotiation parameters with clients. The Senior Site Contracts Associate will review and amend contracts (specifically Clinical Trial Agreements) with sites in order to facilitate orderly start-up of clinical trials. The Senior Site Contracts Associate will work closely with the Project Management, Clinical Operations and Legal teams to ensure review and execution of properly drafted Clinical Trial Agreements contracts. The Senior Site Contracts Associate will work closely with clients to ensure execution of properly drafted Site Clinical Trial Agreements contracts.ResponsibilitiesCreate a cohesive working relationship with Sites across Asia-Pacific.Understand which Clinical Trial Agreement template is used for specific sites, countries across Asia-Pacific.Independent review and amendment of Clinical Trial Agreements within agreed negotiation parameters and policies.Escalate Clinical Trial Agreements outside of agreed negotiation parameters and policies as required.Manage assigned workload to deliver contract review at agreed service levels.Work closely with the Project Management, Clinical Operations and Legal teams to facilitate timely execution of Site Clinical Trial Agreement.Experience and QualificationsProven experience of site contract negotiation and finalization as a Senior Site Contracts AssociateBachelor's Degree in a relevant field (science, law or other)Clinical Research Associate or Paralegal (at least 2-4 years of experience in managing site contracts but overall industry experience can be anywhere 5+ years.)Must have worked on Site Contracts in Asia region (India + any other Asian countries)Good knowledge of clinical trials industryGood knowledge of legal requirements and proceduresExcellent communication, negotiation and organizational skillsBusiness acumen, Teamwork, Attention to detailsSalary Band - Senior Site Contracts Associate - $90,000USD-$110,000USD - Salary offered will be based on candidates experience level.Novotech is proud to offer a great workplace.
